Dishwasher

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dishwasher for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens for our main Restaurant Trattoria and our Michelin Star Restaurant Saporium, Chiusdino.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and wants to be part of a team that works together to provide our guests with the best dining experience possible.

Main responsibilities:

– Wash, stack, sort, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.

– Maintain a clean kitchen and keep dish area organized.

– Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.

– Maintain clean, dry floors throughout the shift.

– Clean and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.

– Assist in storing food deliveries.

– Assist in food preparation and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef and other managers as needed.

Candidate profile:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Previous experience in a similar role is an asset. 

– Knowledge of Italian language is required. Good level of English is a plus.

– HACCP certificate holder.

– Knowledge of food health and safety regulations is required.

– The ability to work under pressure.

– Excellent organizational skills.

Full time, seasonal contract

Location: Chiusdino (SI), Italy

Period: spring 2025 – autumn 2025
