Director of Food & Beverage
We are seeking to recruit a talented Director of Food & Beverage to join our F&B Team.
Set on the private island of San Clemente, our Hotel is part of Kempinski and a proud member of the Leading Hotels of the World. San Clemente Palace Kempinski offers 190 rooms and suites, three restaurants, three bars, an outdoor pool, a tennis court, a modern Spa and a congress centre.
The Director of F&B supports Kempinski’s vision of becoming the undisputed leader in the hospitality industry, making our Food & Beverage offer a key differentiating factor for the Kempinski brand.
The job of the Director of F&B is executed satisfactorily when:
– all rules and regulations are strictly established and adhered to within the hotel;
– the sales are driven to the department full potential;
– all costs are in line with sales without compromising quality;
– innovation and new ideas are fostered.
Required skills and experience:
– minimum 3 years in F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain;
– excellent Italian and English;
– ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions;
– ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively;
– excellent organizational and time management skills;
– proficiency in Excel and Word; knowledge of Micros is beneficial;
– leadership attitude.
