Concierge Coordinator
Borgo Pignano, a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming, is looking for an engaging and proactive CONCIERGE for the months from March to October 2025.
Main Responsabilities:
· Will take care of all concierge communication by email and phone, taking care of Guests reservations and providing information;
· Will provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Will sell and promote services, in compliance with current standards and procedures;
·Will assist and advise our Guests who may be choosing from a variety of services’ options, such restaurants, spa, internal and external activities, assist guests in arranging transportation etc.;
·Will process Guests’ requests, anticipating their individual needs & requirements;
·Will follow all Front Office policies, procedures and service standards;
·Will ensure effective communication between all the other departments involved in the process. It is crucial to provide all the information in order to all departments are coordinated to provide the best Guest satisfaction;
·Will embrace a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team;
·Will maintain very high standards of hygiene, behavior and grooming
Requirements
·At least 1 years in the same position
·Think 5 stars and work in a professional and friendly manner
·Will proactively be involved in teamwork and cooperate with every co-worker
·Will anticipate the needs of our guests by taking extreme care of details and customer service.
·Customer service orientation
·Warm personality
·Passion for service, courtesy and discretion
·Well groomed and good communication skills
·Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, of a second foreign language
·Respect for nature and for values that the earth represent
·Owner car
