Social Media Community Coordinator for Hotels in Milan and Venice
NH Hotel Group part of Minor Hotels is looking for a Community Coordinator responsible for several hotels in Milan and Venice (Avani Milano Palazzo Moscova, Avani Venezia Rio Novo, NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo Dei Dogi, NH Collection Milano CityLife, NH Collection Milano President).
Actively manage the social media presence of the hotels in Milan and Venice.
Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram.
Make visits to hotels in Venice regularly, in order to generate exclusive content.
Evaluate and analyze the performance of social profiles, proposing strategic improvements.
Interact and increase the engagement with followers.
Passion for social media and creativity in content generation.
Knowledge of content creation and editing using tools such as CapCut.
Knowledge of photography and video, for content creation and editing.
Proactivity and analytical skills to evaluate social media performance.
Residency in Milan and availability to travel to Venice as required.
Proven experience of 3 years as a Community Specialist or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
Ability to manage and respond to comments and messages in real-time.
Solid knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to collaborate with other departments and generate synergies in the overall marketing strategy.
Adaptability to rapid change and willingness to learn and apply new trends.
Knowledge of social media analysis tools.
