As a Commis de Rang you will be contributing to deliver exceptional service and a memorable experience to all our Guests demonstrating passion, knowledge and care.

In this Role You Will…
• Support the Chef de Rang in ensuring a flawless and timely service in your department section following the service standards and respecting departments policies
• Assist in prep work as required for the next shifts well as set-up and cleaning of operational areas
• Participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
• ·Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated and consistently maintained to the highest standard
• Assist with food preparation in other kitchen areas when needed

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in hotels or restaurant industry
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Knowledge of service procedures
• Good spoken Italian and English
