Cluster Reservations Manager

Based in Milan, the Cluster Reservations Manager oversees the full reservations operation for Six Senses Milan, Rome, and Ibiza, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a seamless guest booking experience. This leadership role is central to maintaining Six Senses’ commitment to wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality, while driving revenue growth and service quality across all three luxury properties.

Support the integration of wellness programs such as Sleep with Six Senses, Eat with Six Senses, and Grow with Six Senses into the reservations process. Encourage mindful guest interactions and help implement sustainable practices aligned with the company’s environmental goals, including waste reduction and the elimination of single-use plastics.
Your leadership will ensure these values are reflected in every interaction within the reservations function.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management: Oversee daily reservation operations across all properties, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. Collaborate with the Directors of Sales and Revenue to define and implement rate and selling strategies, maintain PMS/CRS configurations, manage inventory and rates, and guarantee data accuracy across systems.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every booking embodies the Six Senses philosophy by integrating wellness initiatives (Sleep, Eat, Grow With Six Senses) into the guest journey. Coordinate with Spa, F&B, and Front Office to deliver cohesive and personalized experiences.
• Sustainability Leadership: Uphold Six Senses’ environmental standards by minimizing waste, eliminating single-use plastics, and fostering social and environmental responsibility in all reservation processes.
• Administration and Reporting: Prepare and review forecasts, pace reports, and performance analyses. Maintain rate and inventory parity across all channels and address discrepancies promptly.
• Quality and Revenue: Analyze trends and market data to create tailored offers and maximize occupancy and revenue. Train the team to identify upselling opportunities and manage scheduling efficiently to control costs.
• Team Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing, guest-focused reservations team across all three locations. Provide continuous coaching, performance reviews, and career development opportunities while ensuring professionalism and collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or higher-level role within luxury hospitality, preferably multi-property.
• Strong technical expertise in PMS, POS, CRM systems, and advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages and customs is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Holds EU nationality or valid work/residence permit.
