YOUR MAIN DUTIES
Being responsible for the efficiency and proper functioning of the systems and related matters in the accommodation facilities
Coordinating operational maintenance personnel (internal and external) in routine and extraordinary maintenance activities in the areas of electrical and special systems, plumbing and mechanical systems
Verifying and procuring materials needed for work
Performing technical inspections and checks on the proper functioning of the systems
Scheduling and supervising of periodic inspections required by law and contracted service works to ensure the proper working condition of all equipment
Maintaining up-to-date maintenance and inspection records
Requesting and analysing scheduled maintenance bids and/or extraordinary interventions including energy efficiency
Working closely with Head Office in case of new acquisitions
Being the point of contact for safety and fire regulations
YOUR PROFILE
BE YOURSELF – Be authentic and yourself
Diploma and/or degree with a technical focus
At least 3 years’ experience as a technical manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
Reliability and autonomy
Willingness to travel, when necessary, to other facilities throughout the country to oversee the ongoing activities
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Skills in plumbing, servicing and troubleshooting air conditioning, wiring and electrical and basic carpentry are a plus
Good knowledge of English
Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Preferably resident in the area of Milano
