Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager

Six Senses is seeking a Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager to support the coordination, consistency, and excellence of the reservations function across three exceptional properties — Milan, Rome, and Ibiza. Based in Milan, this role works closely with the Cluster Reservations Manager to ensure seamless booking processes, accurate data management, and an elevated guest experience that embodies Six Senses’ philosophy of wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality.

Support the integration of wellness programs such as Sleep with Six Senses, Eat with Six Senses, and Grow with Six Senses into the reservations process. Encourage mindful guest interactions and help implement sustainable practices aligned with the company’s environmental goals, including waste reduction and the elimination of single-use plastics.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating daily activities of the reservations teams across all properties. Manage system setup and maintenance (PMS/CRS), monitor reservation accuracy, oversee rate loading, and ensure consistency in availability and parity. Handle VIP bookings and pre-arrival communication while ensuring smooth collaboration between Reservations, Front Office, Sales, and Spa departments.
• Prepare key reports (pickup, pace, and forecast), support overbooking and rate audit strategies, and maintain departmental documentation and SOPs. Guarantee the accuracy of guest profiles and payment details, while identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring service consistency across the cluster.
• Contribute to upselling and inventory optimization initiatives and provide analytical input for rate strategy discussions. Support, train, and guide Reservations Hosts and Supervisors, fostering teamwork, professional development, and a guest-focused culture.
• Lead by example, upholding Six Senses’ standards for service, grooming, and safety. Be flexible with work schedules according to operational needs and assist with Duty Management shifts when required.
Skills & Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or front office within luxury hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of PMS, POS, and CRM systems; proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about guest experience.
• Valid European nationality or work permit required.
