The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels – a landmark in Switzerland.

We are looking from mid-June 2025 or by mutual agreement for a:

Chef de Rang
(Summer Season 2025)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Managing and supervising your own station
• Preparing for the higher level of service
• Customer service
• Diversity used in different service areas of our house
• Advising on the selection of dishes and beverages
• Taking and handling orders

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Education as a restaurant specialist EFZ or hotel management school
• You are a bright, well-groomed professional who loves the contact with our guests
• Like to work as a member of a team
• you are flexible, able to work under pressure, conscientious, detail- and customer-oriented
• You have a good command of English, other languages are welcome
