The Chef de Partie Pastry ensures every dessert meets high culinary standards with meticulous attention to details, recipes and methods to guarantee efficient dessert production. The ideal candidate should possess an high school diploma, know English language at a minimum level of B1at least 2 years of supervisory experience on board a ship or in a 5-star hotel with several restaurants (2-3 restaurants with 100-150 seats each), in high volume restaurants (500+ seats) or in 4/5-star resorts with thousands of guests. Experience in supervising a large pastry staff is essential.
