The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels – a landmark in Switzerland.
We are looking from mid-June 2025 or by mutual agreement for a:
Chef de Partie
(Summer Season 2025)
Your area of responsibility includes:
• Execution of all work in the production area according to quality and management guidelines
• Preparing, processing and serving all dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Executive Chef
• Providing the required mise-en-place
• Compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations
• Proper storage of all food
• Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
• Compliance with all HACCP guidelines
Your area of responsibility includes:
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef
• You have already gained initial professional experience as a chef de partie in five stars hotels
• In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterised by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
• You can communicate in German and/or French, English, other languages are an advantage
