A new lifestyle hotel is seeking an inspired and detail-oriented Rooms Division Manager to lead our service teams and define the guest experience as we prepare for a major project.
Your Role: The Heart of the Hotel
You will oversee all functions of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth, profitable, and seamless delivery of the entire guest journey—from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Recruit, train, and motivate our teams to deliver personalized, locally-infused service that defines the brand.
Operational Leadership: Optimize occupancy, and ensure the efficiency and immaculate presentation of all guest rooms and public areas.
Brand Integrity: Serve as the ambassador of the Hotel brand standards, ensuring the unique neighborhood story is reflected in every guest interaction and physical detail.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager to drive overall hotel performance on Key Metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of leadership experience in a Rooms Division Manager or similar senior Front Office/Housekeeping role, preferably within a lifestyle or IHG brand.
-Deep understanding of IHG systems (or comparable major PMS systems).
-Fluent proficiency in English (a second language is a strong asset).
-A proven track record of developing talent and building high-performing, enthusiastic teams.
