The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry supervises the daily preparation of desserts in the designated area, creating exquisite cakes and desserts at a high culinary level, delighting both customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, know English language at a minimum level of B1 and have approx. 2 years’ experience in workshops or high-volume restaurants (+500 covers) or in 4/5-star hotels. It is important to have an excellent knowledge of all public health policies
