Working independently from the main organisation, but still within the London office, this division specialises in the identification of qualified and experienced culinary personnel for hotels, luxury cruise liners, restaurants and private households worldwide.
Over the past thirty years, an extensive database of fully vetted candidates has been acquired enabling this division to locate just the right person for the job, from Corporate Executive Chef's to Chefs de Partie, Kitchen Artists, Butchers, Bakers and Chefs Patissier and specialists in regional cuisine.


VIP INTERNATIONAL CRUISE DIVISION

The division was first launched specifically to provide assistance in recruiting skilled personnel for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, for the inauguration of their first vessel in 1970 and still specialises exclusively in the needs of hospitality and catering at sea.


VIP INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL DIVISION

This division of VIP International was formed in 1970 as a result of the Middle East oil boom and specialises in "total life support services" ranging from recruiting Executives and Camp Bosses to Maintenance Managers and Culinary personnel.

We cannot guarantee to find you a new challenge - our mandate is to put the most suitable candidate forward to the most suitable client, in order to fulfil a specified requirement.

We do conduct thorough background checks on those people actively seeking a new position, although not from current employers until such time that this proves to be necessary and only then when you have agreed that we may do so.

The President & CEO: Mario G Bianchin, assumes responsibility for managing the company's world class service in addition to overseeing the range of its overall operations and administrative functions. Committed to the further development of the company, Mr. Bianchin coordinated strategic planning to ensure a bright future for VIP International.

He was educated in Italy, and furthered his professional hotel studies in Lausanne, Switzerland before moving to England in 1963, where after progressing to the position of Hotel Manager in London, he left to set up VIP International in 1968.
