Front Office Agent
Situated in the heart of Tuscany, Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a luxury five-stars boutique hotel and spa, featuring 20 individually styled rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant and elegant Trattoria, a holistic spa, an onsite cooking school and natural skincare laboratory and 13 acres of landscaped gardens.
The person we seek must have excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, and good problem solving ability.
The individual will be fluent in reading, writing and spoken English language skills.
Previous front office experience in 5* Hotels for a minimum of 3 years is preferred
A flexible schedule is a must.
You should be a highly organised individual who has worked previously in a similar 5* environment, you will have front office experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and have excellent customer service experience.
• Liaising with the Front Office Manager to provide high quality service;
• Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken;
• Must have previous experience in similar role;
• Self-motivated and target driven;
• Must have 4* or 5* hotel experience (minimum 3 years);
• Must have experience with Protel ideally.
Workplace: Chiusdino (SI).
