We are currently recruiting for one Contracts Manager to join our Company. Home Office can be also an option.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for maximizing opportunities in the area through effective sourcing of hotel inventory and ownership of all aspects of the commercial relationship with the Hotel partners:
Coordinate contracting process with new suppliers and with existing partners.
Evaluate production and determine optimization possibilities and follow up action
Liaise with the Data Entry Department for all aspect related to supplier data, availability and pricing monitoring.
Manage weekly and monthly supplier and internal reports
Manage ad-hoc requests for the Administration and Operation Departments
Desired Skills & Experience:
Italian mother tongue and fluent in English. German in a plus.
Proven negotiation experience is a must.
A portfolio of existing hotel contacts in the area is a plus.
Experience in the hotel and / or travel industry is required
Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking is also required.
