The Assistant Head Barman will assist the Head Barman in managing the bar operations, according to our standards and procedures.
Reports to Head Barman.
Main duties & responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the Head Barman for the drinks production and service of main bar, beach and pool restaurant achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations. In charge of the Head Barman duties in his absence;
•Assist the Head Barman in training, coaching and developing the bar team, maintaining positive working relationships with others;
•Work together with the Head Barman to create new drinks balancing both creativity and local tradition. Guarantee continuous monitoring of quality with attention to details;
•Ensure cash procedures are adhered to company policies, including supply of food and beverage products, preparation of point of sales bills and cashing up of tills;
•Compliance with health and safety regulations;
•Close cooperation with the events team providing assistance before and during events;
•Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation;
•Ensure the departments are clean and hygienic, making sure cleaning rotas are adhered to and appropriate records kept;
•Make suggestions to management on initiatives to increase revenues, being aware of the competitors;
•Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the management.

•Previous experience in the same position in prestigious working environments.
•Fluent in English and Italian.
