NH HOTEL GROUP needs to incorporate a Quality Coordinator in Milan.
By reporting to the Quality Director, the resource will:
-Give support to BU Quality team at every level.
-Help in the implementation of BU Southern Europe Quality Plan and of Quality standards, procedures, projects, online tools and trainings.
-Help to communicate & implement at BU level Quality projects being perfectly aligned within all the layers of the company (Corporate – BU – Hotel – Customer).
-Visit the hotels and keep contact with them for any Quality issues and check the Quality standard, identifying best practices and giving support to the hotel General Managers, QAKUs and Qsoul.
-Detect and resolve together with the hotels any Quality incidences according with SOUTHERN EUROPE QUALITY POLICY.
-Be in daily and direct contact with our hotel teams at every level, listening them actively, being empathetic and solving their doubts.
-Make analysis on hotels performance defining, be able to identify FOCUS HOTELS who need Q improvements, supporting and coordinating the implementation of Quality action plans per hotel.
-Participate in periodical meetings to monitor the Quality performance and make presentations and reports for SOUTHERN EUROPE Quality Department.
-Recognize global training needs and help to coordinate its development to achieve the objective.
-Give technical support for the Quality focus Online & other Quality tools in coordination with the Corporate and BU quality department.
-Monitor and coordinate answers on NH customer surveys and any different review sites.
-Celebrate hotel teams’ success, making them feel proud about their job, recognizing hotel team members’ best attitudes.
-Be the best example by putting guest first, programming and implementing ideas to surprise them every day by touching their emotions.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and/or a Degree and has gained a relevant experience in our Italian structures, which has given him a good knowledge of the culture of the hospitality world in Italy and the company’s standards and processes.
We are looking for a precise, focused on details, curious, creative, open minded, empathic and guest oriented person, with good organizational, observing, communication and listening skills.
Moreover, the resource must have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages, and a good knowledge of most common Windows applications and of the main tools used in the company. Spanish knowledge is also appreciated.
Workplace: Milan but business trips in Italy and abroad availability is required.
